These Terms & Conditions apply to orders placed with Jore Clothing Center, trading as Jore Customs, through our website, WhatsApp, or other direct sales channels.

By confirming an order, you agree to the final quotation, approved design, order details, and these Terms & Conditions.

1. Products and Quotes

We offer customized apparel and merchandise, starting from one piece.Product availability, colours, fabric, sizes, printing options, prices, and estimated production times will be confirmed in the final quotation.Unless the quotation expressly states otherwise, our quoted product rates include applicable GST.Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown before payment.

2. Artwork and Order Approval

Before production, please carefully check all details provided in the mockup and order summary, including:

• Spelling and text
• Logos and artwork
• Colours
• Garment sizes
• Quantities
• Print placement
• Product type
• Other customization details

Production will begin only after final approval of the design and receipt of the required payment.

Digital mockups represent the intended design. Minor differences may occur due to:

• Screen and display settings
• Fabric characteristics
• Printing methods
• Colour reproduction
• Normal manufacturing tolerances

If we identify a material issue before production, we will contact you where reasonably possible to discuss it.

Customer-Provided Artwork

You confirm that you have the necessary rights and authorization to provide and use any logos, images, names, photographs, or artwork submitted for customization.

We reserve the right to decline content that we cannot reasonably produce or that appears to infringe intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

3. Payment

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

For eligible orders of 10 or more pieces, we generally require a 50% advance payment after mockup approval, with the remaining balance payable before dispatch.

Some orders may require full payment in advance. The required payment amount will be clearly stated in the final quotation.

An order is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment or full payment has been received.

4. Changes and Cancellation

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Before Production

Before production begins, we will confirm:

• Whether the requested change or cancellation is possible
• Any design-related costs already incurred
• Any sourcing or preparation costs already incurred
• Any other applicable charges

After Production Begins

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible because customized products are made specifically according to your approved requirements.

Your rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
